Gold Emerald with Single Yolk Mooncake
Made with Pandan and Egg yolk, this Mooncake serves to leave you completely satisfied and as Full as the Moon tonight. The egg yolk represents the full moon and adds a savory contrast to the sweet Gold Emerald (Pandan) paste.

Ingredients: Lotus Seed, Sugar, Flour, Melon Seeds, Peanut Oil, Pandan Leaves, Egg Yolk  & Egg.

Lotus Paste Yam Mooncake
