The liqueur is made by combining real lychee juice with a neutral base spirit, resulting in light floral notes and a well-balanced mouthfeel.

    White Lotus Paste with Single Yolk Mooncake
    It is made with a golden brown crust and filled with smooth white lotus paste and a single salted egg yolk in the center. The egg yolk represents the full moon and adds a savory contrast to the sweet lotus paste.
